The Prow Site consists of three buildings: two high quality office buildings and a 150 bed business hotel. The design is focused around a circus which terminates the east-west axis of the masterplan.

HXH hotel is a business class facility which will be capable of providing space for training courses and business use. The hotel aspires to be energy efficient to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and is currently mid way through construction.

The Prow Office wraps up and over the parking provision for the site. With lush greenery and raised banks surrounding the rear of the building the Prow Office completely conceals parking for over 300 cars. The office itself provides 41,600ft2 of lettable space and is designed to appeal to a wide variety of potential occupants.

Circus House provides over 39,000ft2 of triple aspect office space and takes advantage of the long views out over the neighbouring Chilterns AONB to the south.

Full planning permission was granted in 2018 and the hotel is currently under construction.
